Simply hand over your phone for your personal photographer to capture your vacation photos and enjoy the experience. When your session ends, approximately 30 minutes later, your photos are already with you—ready to view, share, edit and print your way.
Props, pets and ideas are welcome.

Morning Light Portrait Experiences
Make your time in Maine part of your family's story. Morning Light sessions use Maine's softer morning light to create natural, flattering portraits in beautiful Downeast Maine settings.
I'll photograph your session with a professional camera, then personally select and individually edit the strongest images to create your finished collection. Your private gallery is available for 30 days, with watermarked digital files included for easy personal sharing.
Every package also includes professional heirloom prints and a complimentary print consultation. After you've had time to enjoy your gallery, we'll choose a favorite photograph together and talk about the sizes, prints, framing, wall art or gifts that best fit your home and how you'd like to enjoy your photographs for years to come.
Most portrait sessions are approximately 30 minutes. Larger groups may take up to 60 minutes.

Meet Your Photographer
Somehow, I get to call this work.
I'm Katie Dobies—a former flight attendant, lifelong traveler and photographer originally from Saratoga Springs and New York's Capital Region. I've traveled through 49 states and internationally, lived beneath the wide-open skies of Arizona, worked in Yellowstone National Park and explored national parks across the country.
Of all the places I've experienced, Maine is the place I chose to call home—and it has become my muse. I'm endlessly inspired by the water, rugged coastline, changing light, fog, weather and atmospheric conditions that can make the same place look completely different from one day to the next.
My photography career has taken its own journey, too—from working as a senior photographer for Saratoga Living magazine to licensing my travel, nature and lifestyle photography worldwide through iStock and Getty Images, and eventually creating Stock Photo Queen, my own independent library for licensing authentic, human-made photography.
Today, I've built my life around something I've always loved: finding beauty in the world and photographing it.
That's what I bring to your session. While you're enjoying your family and your time in Maine, I'm looking at the whole picture—the light, the landscape, the coastline, the way you're interacting and the moments you may not even realize are worth photographing.
You don't need to know how to pose. I'll guide you through it, keep things relaxed and make it feel more like hanging out with a friend who happens to know exactly where to put you for a beautiful photograph.
I also care deeply about protecting the value and trust behind real, human-made photography, which led me to create Ethical Imagery, an initiative focused on authenticity and transparency in an increasingly AI-generated visual world.
And when I'm not photographing people, I'm usually photographing the beauty around me for Peaceful Wall Art, my fine-art collection inspired by Maine, America's national parks and my travels around the world.
